Sales & Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our Sales team in Milan.

The role involves:

  • Identifying opportunities for new clients and managing acquired clients.
  • Participating in sales strategy definition and implementation activities.
  • Collaborating with the technical team of Cloud experts to collect requirements, define and formalize technical-commercial offers to present to clients.
  • Presenting commercial offers.
  • Ensuring customer loyalty through constant after-sales activities.
  • Consulting and providing assistance for Google cloud solutions, Workspace, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Supporting administrative activities associated with customer management.
  • Availability for short commercial visits to client companies in the area.


  • Degree in Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Interest in the IT sector and basic knowledge of Google solutions (Workspace/Gsuite).
  • Familiarity with Cloud terminology and themes.
  • Excellent relational skills and predisposition to negotiation.

Additional qualifications

  • Preferred experience in customer relations (help desk/pre-sales/post-sales).
  • Strong organizational autonomy and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative and customer orientation.
  • Understanding stakeholders' needs.
  • Ability to work in a team.
